Robert Esmie

Robert was born in Kingston Jamaica, home of the world's greatest sprinters. Later on he moved to Sudbury with his family to continue his education and a new way of life. The Olympic fire was lit in 1988. Found himself a coach put to the spring of 1995. Started self coaching himself with his blue print. coach him self to be one of the first self coach Olympic Gold medalist at the time.
